When will I receive my money?
Generally, you will receive your money the same day your loan is approved. However, there are two processes that must be completed before you receive your money. Therefore, under normal circumstances, if you apply today, you should have your money today. However, there are some details to consider.

• Planet Cash Affiliates can only process your application and create a funds transfer during normal business hours.
  Planet Cash Affiliates are typically open from 10am-6pm on Monday-Friday and 10am-2pm on Saturday. However, your Affiliate may be different, their hours should be posted on their About Us page after you begin your application. If you submit your application before 2 pm on Monday-Friday or before 10 am on Saturday, we will have enough time to process your application. If you submit after these hours or on Sunday, we will process your application first thing on the next business day. In addition, our ability to quickly process your application depends on our ability to contact you.
• The loan agreement must be signed by 3:30 PM CST in order for you to receive your funds the same day.
  After we receive your signed contract, we will initiate a funds transfer. Unless you are opting to receive your funds via ACH (see " What are the three methods for recieveing my loan proceeds?" below), a contract signed by 3:30 PM CST on a non-holiday weekday will give your lender and the banking system enough time to transfer your loan proceeds the same day. However, if you sign your loan agreement after this time, the next business day will be the earliest possible time for funds to be available.
• Bank Transfers do not occur on Weekends or Holidays.
  If you submit your application on a weekend or on a bank holiday, the banking system will not deliver your funds until the following business day.

What are the three Methods for receiving my loan proceeds?

FIRST LOAN

• Wire Transfer - Your loan proceeds are electronically transferred into your existing bank account. A wire transfer can have your money in your account within half an hour if the loan agreement is signed before 3:30 PM CST on a non-holiday week day. Later loans will be delivered via other methods. 
  
• The Planet Cash Card (Not Yet Available)- The fastest way to get your money. If you already have a Planet Cash Card, your funds can be transferred to it within minutes.
  
  SUBSEQUENT LOANS
  
• The Planet Cash Card (Not Yet Available) - The fastest way to get your money. Upon loan approval, you will be sent a Planet Cash re-loadable debit card. Once you receive the card, subsequent loans can be securely delivered to this card within minutes. You can use the card anywhere Visa or Mastercard is accepted or you can get cash from almost any ATM. The Planet Cash Card carries many benefits and is a $10 value if purchased by itself. However, we will send you one free of charge with your first loan. While you may opt out of receiving your free Planet Cash Card, subsequent loans will be delivered via ACH if you do so. • ACH - If you choose not to receive subsequent loan proceeds to a Planet Cash Card, the loan proceeds will be sent via ACH. As with a wire transfer, an ACH electronically transfers your loan proceeds directly to your existing bank account. We will initiate an ACH the same day if we receive a signed loan agreement by 3:30 PM CST. However, with ACH the transfer will require one or two days before you have access to your funds due to the way the banks process the transfer. This option is always available to you with no charge, but the time required makes it an undesirable option for many customers. 

What do I need to get a loan?
In order to get a loan with us you need to have the following:

• Valid E-mail address.
• Job or verifiable source of income with Direct Deposit.
• Checking or savings account.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a home phone number.

Will you run a Credit Check?
Yes, in order to verify your Social Security Number and other relevant details, we do run a credit check. This credit check will not adversely affect your credit.

What steps are involved in the loan process?
During the loan process the following steps will need to be completed:

1. Enter Your Zip Code.  By entering your zip code on the main page, you will be partnered with the Planet Cash affiliate that will process your loan
2. Read and Acknowledge the Disclosures. Because all the Planet Cash affiliates are licensed and regulated by the state in which they do business, there are state-required disclosures we must show you.
3. Enter and Submit Your Information.  There are a few questions we need answered before we can qualify you for a loan. Your information is subject to our Privacy Policy. This section is divided into three easy pages. 
   1. Personal Information: Enter information about you and how to contact you.
   2. Income Information: Enter information about your income and employment.
   3. Application Confirmation: Double check the information you have entered. Agree to the terms and submit the application by typing your name in the signature line.
4. Confirmation of Information.  As soon as your local Planet Cash Affiliate receives your information, you will receive a call to confirm receipt. They may ask for clarification if they have any questions about the information you supplied or they may need some assistance in confirming the information you have supplied. If approved for a loan, you will receive an email explaining how to complete your loan transaction. This email will also supply your password for your Planet Cash account and a link to the login page at www.theplanetcash.com. 
5. Sign Loan Contract. Sign into your Planet Cash account by either following the link in the email or by simply clicking "Customer Log In" at www.theplanetcash.com. Click "Sign Contract" and sign the supplied contract by typing your name in the signature line. 
6. Receive Cash. The proceeds of your loan will be electronically deposited into your bank account or you planet cash debit card.

How much can I get?
Qualified borrowers can receive up to five hundred dollars.

How much does it cost?
Depending on the state that you live in thePlanetCash.com or its affiliates usually charge 18% of the cash advance.

How do I get the money that I borrow?
Upon approval, the money will be deposited directly into the bank account you supplied or credited to your planet cash debit card. Funds will usually be available the following business day. See "When will I receive my money?" above for details.

How do I pay?
Your payment will be electronically debited from the bank account you supplied. However, you will have several options concerning how to manage your account. See "What do I do when my loan is due?" for details.

What do I do when my loan is due?
By logging into your Planet Cash account (See "How do I access my Planet Cash account?" for details) you will be able to manage your loan with ease. On or before your due date, you should login to let us know what you want to do. You may:

Renew - The renewal process varies slightly depending on state laws. Some states some states set a maximum number of renewals you are allowed to do before you are required to pay off in full and others do not allow it at all. Generally, however, you may pay the finance charge for the previous two weeks to extend the loan for another two weeks. You will be asked to sign a new loan contract. Variations:

State-Mandated Pay Down: In some states, you will also be required to make a small payment against your principal in addition to the finance charge. In these states, your payment will be higher, but your finance charge for the next two weeks will be lower. If your state is one that requires a mandatory pay-down, the website will automatically calculate the proper payment for you.

Voluntary Pay Down: You are always welcome to pay any additional amount toward your principal. Anything amount you opt to pay in addition to the finance charge will be credited to your principal and will decrease the total amount you owe.

Pay Off - By selecting "Pay Off" from your list of payment options in your account, you will be indicating your desire to have the full amount of the loan plus all finance charges or any other fees accrued electronically debited from your account. You may pay off at any time on or before your due date. In some states, early pay-offs will be charged a lower finance charge since the charge accrues at a daily rate.

Note: This is the default payment option. If you select no payment option, the full amount due will be debited from your account on your due date. If this is your option, you are welcome to do nothing and simply let the loan be paid off automatically.

Make Payment - If you would like to make a payment that is neither a renewal nor a full pay off, select "Make a Payment" from your Planet Cash account. This is the selection if you wish to make principal payments prior to the due date, pay on a bad debt account, or a variety of other situations.

How do I access my Planet Cash account?
Your Planet Cash loan account is available to you 24 hours a day by simply clicking on "Customer Log In" on the main page of www.theplanetcash.com. You will be asked to enter your email address and password. The email address must match the address you supplied on your loan application and the password will be sent to your email address the first time you are approved for a loan. However, you are able to change your password to anything you wish once you have logged in to your account. If you forget your password, you are always able to have your password reset by clicking on "Forgot Your Password?" on the log in screen. A new password will be emailed to the address supplied on your application. Will I be approved?
thePlanetCash.com or its affiliates will verify all the information you submit to us along with a credit check. If the information you provide to us is accurate then you will probably be approved.

Can I get a loan if I have filed for bankruptcy?
Past bankruptcies are no problem so long as they have been discharged. However, if you are currently filing for bankruptcy, you will be unable to receive a loan.

How will I know what company I am dealing with?
